31 North, a sophisticated new Champagne and cocktail bar for Chichester, is destined to become the place to chill.

Located in the centre of North Street, Chichesters newest drinking establishment is set to create a new drinking atmosphere. Keeping neighbours with Arthur Purchase & Son and The Dining Room restaurant, it is in good company already.

31 North is the brainchild of Neil Rusbridger. Neil sees his new Champagne and cocktail bar as a natural complement to his restaurant, but stresses it will have its own personality and ambience. "We want it to be a very Chichester experience - sophisticated without being stand-offish, traditional but with a contemporary twist, and very comfortable and welcoming."
