Set in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest, Le Poussin Restaurant, renowned for its exquisite dishes now has a stunning setting to match. Self-taught chef, Alex Aitken has a reputation for creating some of the most imaginative recipes around, using the best local and home grown produce, wild and organic foods.
2005 is the time for refurbishments at Parkhill. We have been so fortunate in purchasing and so moving to a new location whilst we refurbish.

The whole of Le Poussin team lead by Caroline and Alex Aitken are now at the New Le Poussin At Whitley Ridge. Another Georgian hunting lodge, with great grounds set in a wooded glade full of primroses.
